「~.sut」 can be loaded by drag & drop or subtool.

【Photoshop】 2021 or higher

「~.abr」 can be loaded by drag & drop or subtool.

Tips:

If you use .abr brushes to import Clip Studio Paint,etc. in compatibility mode... Due to the differences in format compatibility between different software apps, you may not be able to use the imported brushes or you may only inherit 70%-90% of the final display effect, and the pen pressure of the stylus may be slightly different. Feedback.
